For more than 17 years, I've worked in veterinary medicine, building my career around hospital operations, financial performance, and business management.

As a Veterinary Hospital Director and Practice Manager, I've had the opportunity to manage multi-million-dollar veterinary practices, oversee financial operations, develop budgets, analyze profitability, and lead teams through the operational challenges that come with running a successful hospital.

Throughout my career, I've learned something important: A financially successful veterinary practice requires more than strong revenue. It requires an understanding of the numbers behind the business.

I've seen firsthand how labor costs, inventory management, pricing decisions, operational inefficiencies, and financial reporting can significantly influence a hospital's profitability.

I founded Ledgr to bring that experience directly to independent veterinary practice owners.

My goal is to provide the financial oversight, performance analysis, and strategic insight that busy hospital owners often need but may not have access to internally.

Why I Started Ledgr

Independent veterinary practice owners deserve access to financial insight that reflects the unique realities of their industry.

I believe financial reporting should be more than an administrative requirement. It should be a resource that helps owners make informed decisions, protect profitability, and build sustainable businesses.

At Ledgr, I combine veterinary operational experience with financial analysis to help practice owners see beyond the numbers and understand the business behind them.

My mission is simple: help independent veterinary practices become financially stronger, more informed, and better positioned for long-term success.
